GENERAL CONDITIONS

Our commitment to rewards aligns with the terms established by Aime Voyage Transforme, allowing you to benefit from numerous advantages.

​

The Ambassador Program is an excellent way to showcase your skills as a community builder.

The Ambassador Program and its promotions apply only to pre-built group tours: the Bali and Islands Exploration tour, as well as the Rejuvenation tour.

​

Reward programs can be modified or canceled at any time.

Other, much more tailored rewards will be offered to you in co-creation of your tour so that it reflects your personality and that of your community.

ELIGIBILITY FOR THE PROGRAM

Only individuals can join the program; companies, associations, or any other entities are not eligible for the program. Employees, companions of Aime Voyage Transforme, as well as their spouses and immediate family members, are not eligible for the program. Individuals aged sixteen (16) years or older may become participants in the program, provided they provide a valid email address, or if they do not have one, a valid phone number. The name on the account must be the legal name of the traveler.

PROGRAM REGISTRATION

Registration for the program occurs automatically upon purchasing your first trip, and it is free.

TRAVELER TIERS

The program consists of five traveler tiers, based on the total number of people in your group who traveled with Aime Voyage Transforme.

​

The eligibility criteria for each tier are as follows:

Bronze Tier: You must accumulate a total of 11 people.

Silver Tier: You reach a total of 13 people.

Gold Tier: You invite a total of 15 people.

Diamond Tier: You accumulate a total of 18 people for your group.

The number of participants is accumulated for the same trip as yours, the ambassador. Rewards are non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and non-convertible to cash. They must be used during the same travel dates.

TERMINATION, MODIFICATION, OR BREAK OF THE CONTRACT

Aime Voyage Transforme reserves the right to modify these terms, as well as any aspect of the program, at any time and without notice.

If a traveler:

a) fails to comply with these general conditions;

b) abuses their privileges within the program;

c) behaves detrimentally concerning the program;

d) commits a fraudulent act;

e) makes a false declaration or provides false or misleading information to Aime Voyage Transforme;

f) dies;

Aime Voyage Transforme reserves the right to terminate their membership in the program and close their account.

CONFIDENTIALITY OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

Aime Voyage Transforme respects your right to privacy regarding your personal information. Please refer to our privacy policy for more detailed information on how we collect, use, disclose, and otherwise manage your personal information.

GENERAL

Travelers have the responsibility to stay informed about the program's conditions. Aime Voyage Transforme cannot be held liable for any failure regarding the Ambassador Program. Aime Voyage Transforme is the sole judge of the interpretation of the general conditions of the Ambassador Program. The Ambassador Program is governed, controlled, interpreted, and defined by the laws of the province of Quebec and the applicable federal laws, and under these laws, without regard to any principle of conflict of law. In this document, the use of the masculine is intended solely for the sake of brevity.
