GENERAL CONDITIONS - 2024-2025
Please read these general conditions carefully. Your registration for the trip constitutes a contract in which you accept the terms and responsibilities described below. Before proceeding with your reservation, it is imperative to clearly communicate your health conditions, requirements, preferences, needs, and expectations regarding the planned trip to your travel advisor. Also, inform your advisor of any particular situation that may affect the validity of your travel documents or the smooth execution of your package (e.g., being a citizen of a country other than Canada, disability, etc.), so they can provide you with appropriate service.

ITINERARY AND DATE CHANGES
During the trip, in the event of unforeseen circumstances or to optimize the progress of the getaway, the agency's escort and the local guide reserve the right to make changes, substitutions, cancellations, and decisions that will be final and without the possibility of recourse, and without prior notice. Love Travel Transform Inc. cannot be held responsible for any losses suffered by passengers due to these changes, cancellations, or substitutions.

GUARANTEED DEPARTURE
The departure for the tour becomes guaranteed when we reach 8 participants. At that point, the departure is considered GUARANTEED for the tour.

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES AND PRICES
Love Travel Transform Inc. makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information provided on this website at the time of publication. All itineraries (order of cities and visits), airlines (if applicable), departure dates, and cities are provided for informational purposes only and are subject to availability. Love Travel Transform Inc. reserves the right to modify services, descriptions, and prices at any time after publication if adjustments are necessary to ensure the smooth execution of the trip or for other reasons. In such cases, clients who have already booked will be informed as soon as possible. In case of a discrepancy between the information on the website and any advertising, the latter will take precedence.
Please note that exchange rates may increase or decrease at any time.
Rates and conditions change for the Christmas and New Year dinners (trip from December 20, 2024, to January 6, 2025).
Prices include FICAV (client contribution to the Compensation Fund for Customers of Travel Agents in Quebec).
A file opening fee of $35 per person will be charged (not included in the total package price).
DEPOSIT AND FINAL PAYMENT
A deposit is required per person at the time of booking, according to the following rule:

TYPE OF TRIP - DEPOSIT : Tours and Stays $1500
The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable, unless otherwise indicated by Love Travel Tranform Inc.. The final payment must be made: 90 days before departure for tours and stays.
Unless stated otherwise, the final payment will be automatically charged to the registered credit card. If the final payment is not received by the due date, Love Travel Transform Inc. reserves the right to cancel the reservation, resulting in the loss of the deposit. Participants registering after the final payment due date will have to pay the total amount at the time of booking. Payments can be made by check, credit card, or transfer payable to "Love Travel Transform Inc. in trust." In the case of a bank transfer, the applicable fees will be borne by the client. No discounts apply after final payment. Regarding payment by credit card, by providing your number to our advisor, you accept our general conditions and authorize the collection of the deposit and final payment.

PRE-SALE
The deposit of $1500 is paid at the time of registration for the trip and is 100% refundable, regardless of the reason, until the guaranteed departure is reached with a minimum of 8 participants. Once the trip is GUARANTEED, full payment will be required and will be non-refundable. At that time, your spot will be guaranteed for a pre-sale tour or stay.
The pre-sale price is subject to change without notice, but you will always benefit from the best available price. If the advertised price on the website for your departure is lower than the pre-sale amount you paid, your invoice will be adjusted accordingly. The dates and itinerary provided are indicative. Once the website or advertisements with the final itinerary are published, Love Travel Transform Inc. will inform you:
If the dates remain unchanged, your reservation will be automatically confirmed.
If the dates remain the same but minor changes are made to the itinerary, confirmation will be automatic.
In case of a date change or major modifications, you will have 10 days to confirm, change your departure (at the current rate), or request to keep your deposit in trust. If no confirmation is received, Love Travel Transform Inc. will assume that you maintain your reservation for the initial pre-sale departure. Once your reservation is confirmed, it will be subject to the cancellation conditions stipulated in the general conditions paragraph.

PAYMENT TERMS AND SUPPLEMENTS
Minimum final payment is due 90 days prior to the departure date and will be non-refundable. Prices are in Canadian dollars, per person, based on the purchased tour. Prices are based on double occupancy. For single occupancy, an additional fee of $1355 per person will be charged. An additional mandatory fee of $100 per person for the night of December 25, 2024, and January 1, 2025, will also be charged, along with a mandatory fee of $255 per person for the New Year and Christmas dinners.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you cancel your trip, cancellation fees, calculated on the total amount of the trip, will apply. These fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
TOURS AND STAYS:
From booking to 90 days before departure: Non-refundable and non-transferable deposit, unless otherwise indicated.
From 89 to 66 days before departure: 50% of the total trip price (before any discounts) is non-refundable and non-transferable.
65 days or less before departure: 100% of the total trip price (before any discounts) is non-refundable and non-transferable. No refunds are possible during the trip.
CANCELLATION OF YOUR TRAVEL COMPANION

If your travel companion cancels their participation and you still wish to proceed with the trip, you will need to pay the supplemental fee for single occupancy. These costs may be covered by travel insurance. Please inquire with your travel advisor.
ROOMMATE MATCHING (See the twinning policy)

Love Travel Transform Inc. facilitates matching individuals wishing to share the same departure. This service allows solo traveling without additional costs while giving you the opportunity to meet other travelers. If we are unable to match you, you will have the option to pay the single room supplement based on availability, transfer your booking to another departure at the current rate, or obtain a refund. It is also possible to guarantee your place in a single occupancy upon booking while waiting for a match. In this case, the deposit paid is 100% non-refundable and non-transferable. Once the matching is accepted, the deposit also becomes 100% non-refundable and non-transferable. If you choose to no longer be matched for any reason during the trip, any associated costs will be your responsibility.
CANCELLATION NOTICE

Love Travel Transform Inc. requires written notice for any cancellation, which will be effective upon receipt of this notice.
CANCELLATION BY LOVE TRAVEL TRANSFORM INC.

Love Travel Transform Inc. reserves the right to cancel a trip in the event of insufficient participants or for any other reason. In such a case, you will have the option to transfer your deposit to another trip or be refunded, excluding deposits paid by travel credit. In this latter case, the credit will be available for another trip but will not be refundable.
CANCELLATION OF INDIVIDUAL SERVICES

For individual services booked through Love Travel Transform Inc. (including flight changes), the cancellation policies of service providers may be stricter than those of Love Travel Transform Inc., and penalties imposed by these providers may be added to our general conditions.
UNUSED SERVICES

No refund will be made for any service not used during the trip.

FLIGHT SCHEDULES AND SPECIFICATIONS
Airlines’ schedules, flights, and connections are provided for informational purposes and are subject to change without notice. Love Travel Transform Inc. cannot be held responsible for flight delays, changes, or cancellations. It is your responsibility to check flight times 24 hours before your departure and return and to arrive at the airport at least 3 hours before departure. We cannot book flights. We can convey your preferences to airlines but cannot guarantee seat confirmation. Therefore, we recommend that you arrive at least 3 hours in advance to choose your seat when checking in at the counter. Meals served on board are the responsibility of the airline. In case of allergies or intolerances, Love Travel Transform Inc. will make a request to the carrier; however, we cannot guarantee compliance as it is subject to the specific policies of the airlines.

PREGNANCY
An airline may refuse a pregnant passenger if traveling may pose a risk to her or the unborn child. A medical certificate stating the expected delivery date and the passenger's ability to travel may be required before departure. Please consult your travel agent for more information on airlines' policies in this regard.

TRANSPORT VEHICLE
When traveling by coach, seats are not reserved except for the guide and/or escort. Love Travel Transform Inc. reserves the right to adjust the size of the vehicle based on the number of participants.

LUGGAGE

We strongly advise you to bring a backpack rather than a suitcase. It is mandatory to carry only one backpack, except for a small daypack for your additional excursions. Indeed, managing luggage at the destination is very complex for both land and maritime transport, and your second piece of luggage will be refused. To avoid any inconvenience, we recommend adhering to this guideline. Aime Voyage Transforme Inc. cannot be held responsible in case of refusal at the destination.
Each passenger is entitled to one suitcase of standard size and weight (which may vary according to airlines and destinations) as well as one travel bag, if necessary. The latter must remain under the passenger's supervision. Any passenger having more than one suitcase will have to pay an extra charge and registration fees. Regardless of the rules imposed by the airlines, only the handling of one (1) suitcase per person (for transfers from the port or airport and during coach tours) is included in your trip. Important: all travelers will need to pay a fee (varying according to the carriers) for the first checked bag, and this payment must be made at the airport by credit card. Baggage fees are subject to change without notice from the airlines. Luggage must comply with the airline’s guidelines. Warning: all luggage is transported at the traveler’s own risk, and Love Travel Transform Inc. cannot be held responsible for any loss, theft, or damage occurring during air, land, or sea transport. We recommend clearly labeling your luggage and strongly suggest purchasing luggage insurance. Talk to our travel advisor about insurance for your luggage; she will be able to advise you.

ACCOMMODATION
All hotels and accommodations mentioned on this site are quality establishments, with standards that may vary by country. You will receive a list of accommodation locations and their contact information with your last-minute document. Love Travel Transform Inc. reserves the right to replace these accommodations with others of similar category. Please note that accommodation standards in Europe and in many countries differ from those in North America, particularly regarding room sizes (especially single occupancy) and air conditioning. Single occupancy rooms are generally smaller and may be situated differently than those of double occupancy. Check-in is typically from 4 PM, while check-out must be before 11 AM.
ROOM ASSIGNMENT
Love Travel Transform Inc. acts as an intermediary between you and the various service providers. Hotels and cruise companies are solely responsible for the assignment of rooms or cabins according to the reserved category; thus, we cannot guarantee a specific situation. Any changes to room or cabin assignments are beyond our control and may be determined by the cruise company or hotelier. If the client wishes to change cabin or room categories, this change will be at their expense, subject to availability. Regarding river cruises, please note that vibrations may be felt in the cabin during navigation or lock passages.

TWINNING POLICY (See the twinning policy)

TRAVEL PACKAGE
Approximately 10 days before your departure, you will receive your travel package containing the time and place of departure, the activity program, a list of hotels, and general information. Upon arrival, you will receive a sheet each day indicating instructions, equipment, and planned activities for that day throughout your trip.

RESPONSIBILITY OF THE TRAVELER
By signing up for one of our trips, you agree to the terms and policies of Love Travel Transform Inc. You must be self-sufficient and meet the physical and cognitive requirements of the trip, without assistance from the guide or other members of the group. Each traveler must sign a fitness declaration. Love Travel Transform Inc. may inquire about passengers' physical condition and reserves the right to refuse registration if the physical condition is deemed insufficient. Please read all documents provided regarding the specific requirements for each destination carefully. For any questions regarding vaccines or medications, contact a travel clinic. Love Travel Transform Inc. assumes no responsibility regarding these matters. In case of behavior that is detrimental to the experience of others, Love Travel Transform Inc. reserves the right to expel a passenger without refunding incurred costs. Each passenger must have a valid passport for 6 months after the return, as well as all required visas and vaccinations. Love Travel Transform Inc. disclaims any responsibility if a passenger does not meet entry requirements. It is the traveler's responsibility to inform Love Travel Transform Inc. immediately in case of any issues. Contact the on-site guide to resolve the problem. If that is not possible, send the details of your claim to Love Travel Transform Inc. within 14 days of your return. Only claims notified in a timely manner will be considered.
DISCLAIMER
Love Travel Transform Inc., acting as an agent for various suppliers, cannot be held responsible for disparities between the services offered and the traveler’s expectations. The passenger waives any claim for injuries, damages, or losses caused by external services during the trip. Love Travel Transform Inc. is not responsible for delays, schedule changes, or itinerary alterations, and also disclaims any responsibility in case of force majeure. Each traveler must purchase adequate insurance.

ACTIVITIES
INCLUDED
The program of activities is established based on normal operating conditions. Love Travel Transform Inc. is not responsible for modifications due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or strikes, as well as for cultural events or other events beyond our control.
NOT INCLUDED

Love Travel Transform Inc. does not guarantee the quality or safety of activities not booked before departure. Participation in these activities, which are offered by third parties without Love Travel Transform Inc.'s control, is at the client's own risk. "Excursion" activities during stops are not guaranteed due to the availability of guides and the minimum number of participants required.

DISCOUNTS AND PROMOTIONS
All promotions or discounts are subject to change. Supplements for single occupancy, optional excursions, and any other special requests will be the responsibility of the client. For more details, please contact one of our travel advisors. In case of trip cancellation, applied discounts will be forfeited.

COVID-19
It is the travelers' responsibility to ensure they have the complete vaccination schedule, as well as the required documents for the countries visited. Aime Voyage Transforme Inc. cannot be held responsible if the traveler does not meet the entry requirements of the countries visited, as these requirements may evolve at any time.

LAWS
This contract is governed by the laws of the province of Quebec. It comes into effect upon the client's registration, accompanied by the acceptance of the general conditions.

CONFIDENTIALITY
Love Travel Transform Inc. is committed to protecting the confidentiality of its clients' personal information, in accordance with applicable laws.
These general conditions apply to all billings made from August 15, 2024, and will remain in effect until further notice. For more information, please refer to the general conditions provided at the time of your trip purchase.
